Kaurana is a Hawaiian band representing Japan that was the only Japanese group to win the Grammy Award for Hawaiian music in 2012. Their 10th work is finally on sale! The title number is based on the theme of the town of Usuki in Oita prefecture, which is Kosuke's father's hometown, and is written in Hawaiian about nostalgic childhood memories and comfort, and the kindness of that land and family. Also, it was a song selection that confirmed their roots, and it seemed to be their 10th album. A piece engraved with the present, as they continue to take on challenges. (C) RS
