Brake Lining Material

Fiber Ceramic
- Sandwiching a ceramic fiber between the steel back plate and lining material reduces heat transfer and provides exceptional fade resistance.
- Shuts out moisture, preventing back plate corrosion.
Steel Back Plate
- Formed under 22 tons of pressure, the back plate is pressed in a furnace at 900°C for three hours.

Precautions for Use
※ SBS brake pads are for use on motorcycles only.
※ Installation should be performed in accordance with the motorcycle manufacturer's maintenance manual and by a certified workshop or qualified technician.
※ If the lining is worn down to less than 2mm, it must be replaced with a new one.
*For double-disc vehicles, replace the brake pads on both calipers at the same time.
*Driving on a circuit with street ceramic pads exceeds the operating conditions, so never use them.
*When driving on a circuit, be sure to use racing pads or Street Excel pads that are appropriate for the operating conditions.
*Brake pads require breaking-in.
*After replacing the pads, avoid extremely hard braking for the first 150 times to ensure sufficient contact with the rotor, except to avoid danger.
