Installation Manual For High-Pressure Pump Enlarged Pump Core
1: Install The Enlarged Pump Core Using A Special Tool Combined With A Torque Wrench To Torque 50-60Nm. If It Is Too Tight, It Will Get Stuck, And If It Is Too Loose, It Will Leak Internally.
2: Before Installing The Oil Pump, Take Out The Top Cup With Needle-Nose Pliers To Check Whether It Is Damaged. If It Is Damaged, Replace It.
3: Apply Clean Engine Oil To Lubricate The O-Ring And Install It (Be Careful Not To Miss The Top Cup)
4: Tighten The Mounting Bracket Screws (20N. M) Crosswise With A Wrench, And Then Tighten The Other Joints In Sequence
5: After Installation, Start The Engine And Run It At Idle Speed For 3-5 Minutes. Observe Whether There Is Any Oil Leakage Or Abnormal Noise At The Connection Of The High-Pressure Pump. Use A Computer To Read The Parameters Of The High-Pressure Pump And Check The Data Flow
6: Increase The Speed Of The Pump Core After Testing And Control It To Within 4000 Rpm, Allowing The Pump Core To Run In For 100-200 Miles
