Usage Instructions
- All products from Helen Kaminski are 100% handmade; hence, the thickness, shape, and color of the raffia may vary.
- Raffia is a fiber obtained from succulent leaves.
- Raffia products are sensitive to temperature and humidity, and any curling is not indicative of a defective product.
- Raffia material is not washable; in case of staining, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth or wet tissue (using detergent may cause staining and discoloration).
- Due to natural plant dyeing, color variations may occur, and even with the same dye, colors may appear differently. Over time, colors may change. This phenomenon may be more pronounced in certain colors, but it is considered normal.
- The inner padding of the hat can be spot washed with cold water and neutral detergent (raffia material cannot be washed).
- Please store the product in a cool place away from direct sunlight. When storing it rolled for a long time, it may become damaged; therefore, store the product flat in an unwound state.
- The brand logo may be shipped in two different types; please consider this when purchasing. For certain products, the brand's tape stitching method has been changed based on customer feedback. The stitching method may vary by production period, and this is considered a normal product.
- The internal hairband may be shipped randomly in either of two types based on the season and production period.
