The second installment of the Drive Saga is a double feature! A V-Cinema starring Kamen Rider Mach and Heart is born!

[Story] <Kamen Rider Mach> Reiko Nishibori, daughter of the notorious copycat criminal Mitsuya Nishibori and the perpetrator of the Seeker Roidmude crimes, has been released from prison. Go Shijima, who testified in court and planned to support Reiko after her release, was in a similar situation to himself, and was eagerly awaiting her release. His older sister, Kiriko, now a wife and mother, also sincerely hoped that Go would find happiness. However, on the night of Reiko's release, a series of murders occurred, in which women's hair was used as the murder weapon. Reiko was spotted on security cameras at the crime scenes... Shinnosuke Tomari of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division's Special Task Force, marked Reiko as a suspect. Believing in his innocence, Gou and Reiko flee, but Reiko leaves him with the words, "Those born as the children of monsters can never escape their curse." Gou is at the lowest point of despair. But then, an unexpected person appears before him. Could Reiko really be the culprit? With his feelings for Reiko and his precious friend in his heart, Gou pursues the truth!

<Kamen Rider Heart> Several years after Chase's disappearance... Just when people were beginning to forget the threat of the Roidmudes, Heart has returned!? And what's more, he even has the cores of Brain and Medic inside him. At the same time, an incident occurs in which monsters closely resembling Roidmudes attack civilians. "I no longer want to see the Roidmudes wandering around, clinging to their past and harming humans," Heart says, volunteering to cooperate with Inspector Oita's investigation. Before long, it becomes clear that all of the attacked citizens were people who had once been copied by Roidmudes, and even Hatori Misuzu, who Medic copied, is attacked by a mysterious monster. The monster, which looks like a collection of Roidmudes, has the number "5886" on its chest... From this number and its appearance, Heart is able to discern the monster's true identity and its terrifying purpose. However, Heart, who has not yet regained his true powers as a Roidmude, is forced to struggle. Then, Shinnosuke Tomari appears before Heart...!
