[Before Use]
●Please check for cracks and other defects.
●Before using for the first time, be sure to fill the pot to 80% with water and a small amount of flour, bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring well. After boiling, turn off the heat and let it cool. A film will form on the inside of the pot, making it less susceptible to cooking odors and stains.
[Precautions for Use]
●Wipe off any water from the pot before placing it on the stove.
●Do not heat the pot empty or with an extremely small amount of contents. This may damage the pot.
●Use on a gas stove on low to medium heat.
● Always place a trivet on the table before placing the pot on the table during or after cooking.
● Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as pouring cold water on a hot pot.
● Cannot be used in commercial high-power gas ranges, microwaves, or ovens.
● The recipe uses a 600W microwave. For a 500W microwave, use 1.2 times longer, and for a 700W microwave, use 20% shorter.
[Care for the Pot]
● Do not leave water, stock, or ingredients inside the pot.
● After the pot has cooled, wash it thoroughly with a sponge and mild detergent.
● Insufficient drying may cause mold. After washing, allow it to dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated place before storing.
● Small cracks may appear on the surface after use. These are cracks (crazing) in the surface glaze and do not affect normal use.
