Adventure Time follows the adventures of Finn and his best friend Jake, a boy aspiring to become a superhero across the United States. The series is now broadcasting on terrestrial TV in Japan, and its popularity is only growing! This tote bag features Finn in the flower form that appears in "Food Chain," a special episode themed around the food chain, produced by Japanese animation director Masaaki Yuasa in episode 80 of Adventure Time. Masaaki Yuasa is a director who has earned high acclaim not only in Japan but also overseas for his work on "Chibi Maruko-chan" and the "Crayon Shin-chan" series. Recently, he directed, wrote, and storyboarded "Ping Pong the Animation," based on the original work by Taiyo Matsumoto. This collaboration began at the request of an American animation production company, and the resulting work is captivating, with a rich sense of movement and musical composition that sets it apart from other episodes. It was nominated for an Annie Award for Best Director, considered the Academy Award of animation. (The title is "Food Chain"; writer/director)
