A basic set of short roofing torches designed for typical jobs involving the installation of heat-sealable roofing felt. Includes a handle with a power-saving valve lever, a hose with cylinder and handle connections, and three flame nozzles for intensive heating or flaring. Powered by a compressed butane cylinder (propane-butane gas mixture is also possible), they enable operation in areas without energy sources.
Instructions for useAssemble the device according to the instruction manual. Attach the hose to the assembled device. Screw the other end of the hose to the gas cylinder.
Check the tightness of the connections by slightly opening the cylinder valve, then apply soapy water to the connections. If bubbles appear, turn off the gas supply and tighten any leaking connections. Repeat this procedure until the gas is completely sealed.Open the gas cylinder valve, then open the appliance valve, but only enough to allow gas to escape. Ignite the gas at the outlet of the socket. To do this, use a special lighter designed for lighting portable gas burners. After approximately 20 seconds, press the burner lever. If the flame is too short, adjust the gas pressure using the burner valve. After releasing the lever, the flame will return to economy mode.
After finishing work, close the cylinder valve, and then, after the flame has extinguished, set the burner aside on a non-flammable surface to cool.
