■For customers who will have their sunglass lenses replaced at a store on or after March 1, 2024: From March 1, 2024, a processing fee of ¥3,300 will be added to the lens price when you bring your sunglasses to a store for lens replacement.

Customers who have their lenses replaced at a store can present the purchased sunglass body and the [shipping email] showing the shipping date to the store staff within 6 months of product shipment, and the processing fee will be waived for the first time. Please be sure to present it to the staff. If 6 months have passed since shipment, or if you cannot present the [shipping email], a processing fee of ¥3,300 will be added to the lens price. Please be aware of this in advance.
