In the towering limestone cliffs of the Sella massif, you can easily clear several couloirs in a single day—if you know where to find them. The Sella backpack is built around our lightweight and highly breathable Dry Back Contact suspension system, featuring distinctive split shoulder straps for the freedom of movement so crucial when skiing, and a hipbelt.
It provides a close carry for greater load control and stability, while 3D air channels integrated directly into the EVA back panel help keep your back cool, reducing sweat and the associated risk of hypothermia in wintry conditions.
This pack is designed specifically for skiers and snow enthusiasts prepared to earn their turn, thanks to a full-length zipper, dual ice tool attachments, glove-friendly magnetic buckles, a dedicated avalanche gear compartment, and a diagonal attachment without removing the pack—a real plus on steep terrain.
To ensure it can withstand abuse, we craft it from strong, durable, and abrasion-resistant 210-denier Regen Robic® nylon, which is 60% more tear-resistant than standard nylon fabrics. What's more, it's 100% recyclable.
This product is backed by Salewa's commitment, manufactured to strict, independently audited environmental and social responsibility standards and fair working conditions.
