The CMP RIGEL MID trekking shoes are a reliable choice for those seeking versatile footwear for demanding hikes. Thanks to their well-thought-out design and the use of modern technologies, this model performs equally well on steep mountain trails as well as on uneven forest paths.
The RIGEL MID combines durability, comfort, and safety, making it an invaluable companion for adventures regardless of weather conditions or terrain. The upper is made from a combination of suede leather, polyester, and Kevlar—materials that provide adequate durability, flexibility, and abrasion resistance.
A built-in ankle stabilizer increases ankle protection, minimizing the risk of injury. The Clima Protect membrane guarantees both effective moisture protection and breathability, making these shoes suitable for all seasons.
It's worth noting that this model is not compatible with crampons—in winter conditions and on icy terrain, crampons are recommended. Internal comfort is also ensured by the Ortholite insole, which has an open-cell structure and antibacterial properties, allowing for constant air circulation.
The EVA midsole absorbs shock and reduces foot fatigue, even during long walks. Traction is provided by the CMP Full On Grip outsole, with its aggressive tread ensuring stability on both wet and dry surfaces, while the even lacing system allows for a precise fit.
