It was too small

I’m really upset. I ordered the this Jacket size 4xxxx. It looked good. However when I put it on found it was to small. I could not zip it up. Over 10 inches to small across my chest to small. I have been waiting seems for ages for It. I would like it again but at right size. Hopefully I don’t have to wait so long. Yours Truly Mrs Rita Hempston PS How do I send this back to you?
