The output voltage is not stabilized: it depends on both the load and the input voltage. It can be used to control the motor speed or the power of the burner (however, I have not tested how it will work with a low-resistance load).

Order 3-35v, received with the designation on the board 3-15v, and in appearance corresponds to the picture. I don't know what to think.

The maximum output voltage is approximately 85% of the input, the minimum is almost 0.
