It was a well made ladies mack. Unfortunately the wrong size was sent to me. Contacted customer service and they were great explained. Said it was their fault and would refund me. My refund was paid back into my account next day. Also told me not to return ladies mack and asked if I could donate to a charity shop.. so over all I am happy that I was refunded. Was explained to me that the sizing is very different in China and to make sure you read the sizing table. I did do this, but unfortunately the wrong size was sent.

I have tried to make a request about how to return the item since the day I received it. It hasn't worked and others have also tried to help me. It just keeps going back to the same page over and over again, hopeless.

Runs very small. 5 XL does not correspond to the desired indicated size.
