I can't give zero stars because it's not possible, you order a product, you get another one and after complaints you are told that you are offered a refund of 25% of the purchase price and you end up refunding, a site to avoid again.

It was planned the day beyond the order a cover and a coil. But upon delivery the cover was not there. No way to make a claim on the addresses proposed by joom.
