Too small

We ordered size 42, but received shoes for size 39. It is written that they have protection. There is no protection. The fabric is thin. The sole too. The shoes are too small, I asked for a refund, but they didn't return the money. Sending them back is at my own expense, and that's 850 UAH! THE SELLER DID NOT RETURN THE MONEY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN! I HOPE KARMA EXISTS AND HE WILL GET HIS DUE! APART FROM THE MONEY SPENT AND THE RUINED MOOD, I RECEIVED NOTHING. BURN IN HELL FOR YOUR 20 EUROS!!!!!!
