I don't know what to say to the sizing, because i got M and it was too big around my chest and arms, but arms should be puffy so I don't think it's part of the problem. And yes, I could get S, but even at size M sleeves are too short for me. The quality is okay, I can't say much about how warm it is so far.

I am very disappointed cardeja the product is expensive with the shipping costs on top.. I took the right size according to the descriptions for each saturation... and it's too small so I'm really very disappointed
