For synthetic footwear, a gentle hand wash with warm water and a neutral detergent is recommended. Avoid soaking the shoes and do not use a washing machine to prevent damage. For leather products, ensure to clean using a soft cloth to remove dust, and dry with a clean towel.

Please avoid exposure to solvents such as benzene or thinner, which can cause deformation and discoloration. If the shoes get wet, dry them with a towel and store them in a shaded area with good ventilation. Do not use heat sources for drying. Always keep the shoes in their original box during transport to prevent damage during shipping.
