The bulbs are complete crap. The base is made like foil, when screwed the base is crumpled, the body of the lamp rotates in the base and the conductor threads break. In order to use the lamp in a bicycle light, I had to solder wires to the scraps of conductor threads. It shines well, the current at 13.5 V is 27 mA.
