When FBI agent Roy Clayton (Guy Pearce) leads the investigation into a dangerous international conspiracy, all the clues seem to lead back to the former US special operations officer, Samir Horn (Don Cheadle). Mysterious character with a network of connections to terrorist organizations, Horn has a knack for appearing on the scene at the very moment a major operation is unfolding.
