Directions for use: Place contents of one pack into 16 oz of cold water. Product will foam as it melts to maintain uniform dosing, so leave room for water bottle. Do not use after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated. Discard any unused solution. Suitable for use on all ages. Children can consume up to 4 servings per day. Adults can drink up to eight servings per day, depending on the severity of dehydration symptoms, including increased thirst, dizziness, fatigue, headache, irritability, cloudy morning vision, dry mouth, dark urine, or decreased urine output.
