Product usage: For best results, ear plugs must be properly inserted. Using clean hands, gently compress the ear plug between your thumb and index finger and twist it until it fits snugly. With one hand, gently lift the top of your ear to open the ear canal. With your other hand, insert the round end of the ear plug into your ear. Hold the ear plug with your index finger until it inflates to a comfortable, snug size. It's a good idea to practice putting it in. If you use the product multiple times or if dust or wax accumulates on the earplugs, throw them away immediately.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. This product is non-toxic, but may block the bronchi, causing breathing difficulties.
