Product Description: Established in 1947 Contains Red Wine Extract Fortified with Antioxidants Non-GMO Free from Gluten, Wheat, and Dairy Supplement Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in some plants, including red wine, peanuts, and the herb Polygonum cuspidatum. It is a small molecule classified as a stilben. Polyphenols like resveratrol have antioxidant properties that help fight free radicals. Free radicals can cause oxidative stress, which can lead to premature aging of cells. Each softgel contains more resveratrol than a typical glass of red wine.

Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
