The left shoe is defective with a more pronounced arch than normal. I cannot support the sole of my foot well, causing me pain when trying to walk.. It is impossible to send a photo of what happens because it is inside the shoe when supporting the foot. I want to return them and for that they make me take photos, videos making clear what happens to me and still they doubt telling me that maybe it's my foot. And all so that I have to pay for the return because they don't believe what happens to me with the left foot sneaker. I returned it by post on my own because they don't believe it's defective and I had to pay for the shipping on my own, which is €26.70 to China.. Totally a disappointment. Of course I won't order anything here again. I had never done it but you learn from everything.
