Take the following single dose with a full glass of water or hot water on an empty stomach without chewing. Allow at least 4 hours between doses. However, start with the minimum dose for the first dose, then gradually increase or decrease the dose based on bowel movement frequency and condition.- Adults (15 years and older)---Single dose: 4-8g; Limit to 2 doses per day. - Under 15 years old---Do not administer. -Important Notes on Dosage and Administration- (1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
