I have updated several times and am contacting you again. I received only one of the two.. lots and initiated a refund for one of the lots. Why was the refund not issued for the missing one order in the parcel?

Very good bag for storing things in the closet. I have one with three pockets. The pockets are large and capacious, you can put kitchen napkins or underwear, socks, toys, anything that doesn't need to be searched for. Thank you
