Hip Fit delivers the highest EMS output (up to 60V) in the SIXPAD Powersuit series, focusing on the gluteus maximus, the largest muscle in the hips. Efficiently training the gluteus maximus, which cannot be developed through everyday movements, will help you achieve healthy hips. Turn the device inside out to wet the electrode area, then turn it over and pull it in so that the plate is in front of your stomach (left side). Attach the controller to the plate, set the EMS intensity to your desired level, and begin training. (There are 20 levels.)
