Description

Introducing Casio's first ring watch. Through the development of an ultra-compact module and advanced metal molding technology, we have created a new style of digital watch that combines practicality and playfulness. To realize the intricate design of Casio watches in a ring-sized, full-metal design, we used MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, which uses powdered metal injection molding. The case, back cover, and ring are molded as a single unit, with even the band holes meticulously recreated. Furthermore, glass bonding technology ensures airtightness. Despite its replaceable battery design, this watch is water resistant for daily use. The ring size is 22 (US: 10.5 / EU: U), with an inner diameter of 20mm and a finger circumference of 62.8mm. Two size adjustment spacers are included: one for size 19 (inner diameter 19mm) and one for size 16 (inner diameter 18mm). This module is approximately one-tenth the size of a typical watch module. Combined with a small button battery, this three-button digital watch is ring-sized. It also features a 7-segment LCD display. It displays not only hours, minutes, and seconds, but also date, dual time, and a stopwatch. When the time flashing light function is turned on, it gently flashes at the set time or every hour, evocatively expressing the elegance of time. The special packaging also includes an original drawstring bag.

Casio's Ring Pipe: The Origin of World Firsts Casio continues to create numerous "world firsts" through originality and innovation. It all began with the "Ring Pipe," developed by Kashio Manufacturing, the predecessor to Casio Computer Co., Ltd., in 1946, shortly after the war. It was a huge hit during a time of material shortages. Profits from the Ring Pipe helped fund the development of future calculators. The new Casio Ring Watch also features a ring design.
