Fukukaen Seeds Shirley Poppy "Landscape Single Mix" Seeds, 100ml

Poppies have taproots and do not like to be transplanted, so the easiest way to sow seeds is directly in the soil or in pots and thin them out. [Sowing] Shirley poppy seeds are very tiny. Poppy seeds are photogerminating, so they require light to germinate. Sow seeds without covering them with soil. Before sowing, thoroughly water the growing medium and level it. Sow the seeds on top of the moist growing medium. After sowing, water the soil surface with a fine mist of water to prevent the seeds from washing away, and then water again when the soil surface begins to dry. [Temperature] The germination temperature is 15°C (ground temperature). [Germination] If all conditions are met, germination will occur in about 10 days. These are seeds of the "Landscape Shirley Poppy - Single-flowered Mixture." They produce red, peach, and pale peach flowers. (Depending on the lot, you may get a lot of red or peach blossoms.) It has single flowers, so it will keep growing even in the rain without drooping. Recommended seeding rate: 1 ml/m²
