The hinge will not fold. It's completely stuck. Will not fold even with the use of pliers. Would like to return, but that seems very complicated, no direct return click button - why?

Took 1 month to arrive, poor quality, 2 magnets damaged, 1magnet broken and another won't close and item was not packed well for protection. Do not recommend. Refund not given!
