Feel very disapointed of my first order with Joom. Here is the explanation why: 1. The order was placed on 9th of Feb. The order shipped by the seller on 23rd of Feb. I am straggling to understand why it took 14 days for the seller to deliver the items at the regional carrier facility or the domestic courier. 2. I contacted the seller on 21st of Feb to be informed on the status of my order but never received an answer. 3. The package received on 3rd of March although there was a notice on the product's web page that it usually takes about 5-9 buisness days to be delivered. 4. The package was wrapped in a typical nylon bug with no extra protection such as bubble wrap. As a result, the plastic spokes of the wheels may have suffered breaks during transport 4. The most important...the quality of the item is rιdiculοus. I consider it almost impossible to trust these wheels on a small child's balance bike. Consequently, these wheels were rejected for their original purpose of purchase as unsuitable. BR, Angelos
The quality is poor and it arrived damages at multiple places, the knives older was dismantled and over all the box is really duty and dirty. Plus the color is wrong.
I did not get the 20 dollar one. I contacted the seller did not get a reply
Works great. Comfortable to wear and definably makes package look bigger!
Nice but damaged ...the top part is not in a straight line as depicted.. 😔
