A seasoning mix blended with red perilla and ume (plum) for rice. The crunchy texture and refreshing acidity of dried plum (karikari ume) go well with red perilla. We use high-quality ingredients and thoroughly control quality. Mix about 1 teaspoon (2-3g) of this product into a bowl of rice (about 150g) and stir until soft. It can also be used for pasta and dressings. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity. (Allergens are listed for the 28 items subject to labeling in Japan.)
