At this point it is obvious to me that I am being mocked. First I ordered Kinich plushie and received some strange plushie instead. I was offered a discount coupon and I ordered Wanderer action figure. This one came without original box, broken and incomplete. Both were a gift for my 12 year daughter. I work hard for the money I earn: day shifts, night shifts, week-ends, hollydays. I'm deeply disappointed. I would'nt recommend to any one to by from Joom. In fact I will tell my story when and where ever I can. I will not buy from this shop anymore. Thank you very much... After a week, no resolve. I am not asking for much. You have my addess. I only want the missing parts.

I have been searching all retailers and Joom described he had a 15cm talking Tom as a keychain. My son is autistic and was looking for a specific keychain talking Tom super hero red and it came as a BIG TALKING TOM BEAR 28cm which he has already so he went to the worse meltdown and overwhelming moment. We are devastated

I hoped to order the exact plush (2nd image) for my daughter who has autism. I received a vacuum sealed one that looks like this (1st image) absolutely horrendous. Please be aware buying from Joom it's shockingly bad!

This was great fun for my little boy! All pieces were present, and the instructions (albeit miniaturised and needing a magnifier to read) were correct. Fun, and good value for the cheap price. Thank you.

Not what was advertised at all, I received a tiny fridge magnet instead of the large free standing party cut out i ordered. And customer support is only offering half the price refund. DO NOT ORDER

The box was all broken when received. The toy construction went well, but it broke at two places after the first play by my kid. He was quite sad. This is probably a cheap rip-off... stay away!

Disgraceful product. Daughter was so upset but the doll is so cheap looking and nothing like image even though it states same as image. Dog uses it as a chew toy or I would've got a refund.

Take a look at the picture, the doll is not sitting. Joom sent me a knock off and completely different product. This is the worst online experience I have ever had. FU Joom!
