Basic operation steps
1. Assemble and connect the power supply. Before inserting hair, press the switch so the needle retracts behind the tube head and the hair can pass through smoothly.
2. Insert a prepared strand into the tube head. Gently twist the strand and pull the machine slowly while it crochets the braid. Begin on the slow gear if you are a beginner.
3. Maintain a steady, slow pull to avoid tangles and to prevent needle lock.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Lubrication: add a few drops of regular sewing machine oil when the machine shows noise or the crochet needles stick. Recommended to oil every two hours of use for smooth operation.
Avoid overfilling with oil, especially in cold weather, as excess oil can thicken and impede performance.
To add oil, use a longnose oil bottle at the lubricating hole or remove the screw to pour in oil manually.
