A marvel for fans, especially if you're going to the concert. I got a bit confused, but I managed to connect it with the app on my tablet, and from there the color alternation and light modes are controlled. It's quite heavy, and if it falls it will surely break, so be careful! They take quite a while to ship the product, but I bought it on December 1st, and it arrived in Spain on December 18th. It came very well protected, but the inner box had a slightly dented corner, so they must have put it in like that when packaging 😕. Anyway, I give it 5 stars, because the lightstick was perfect. EDIT after the July concert: it synchronized perfectly with all the ones in the stadium in Madrid... Wonderful!!!!

it’s real! the delivery did take about 18 days to england so deffo get it a while before the concert but it was packaged super securely and i love it! also remember to get quite a few of your own triple a batteries as the lightstick takes 3 but drains them super quickly so also take backup for the concert. quite a few people struggle with the app but personally it was super easy to connect and change the icons. i also got the most adorable lix pc ever i literally tweaked when i saw it bc i was literally plotting on it when i ordered and it’s now my favourite, just look at him 😓. anyway have fun at the concert & if you’re going to london day 1 add me 😉 (insta @fatoumiffy) byebye! 💓💓

The tracking system was silent for 8 days (making me anxious) but it was worth waiting for! It's well packed , safe , box untouched and for what I've been reading of checking if it's official or not..to me it looks official and it worked straight away with the app on my phone!! It's GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!! Totally love it and comes with a bonus of getting a card! I'm a happy Stay!!! The only negative part is that on my screen (inside the orb) seems to be a tiny loose piece of plastic. I hope I can remove it.. it's silly but it annoys me 🥹. *update , I managed to remove it quite easy. PERFECT!!!*
