What to do if the flash does not fire: 1. If this is the first time you are using the flash, wait for the flash recycle indicator to turn green. If the indicator remains red or white, replace the battery with a new or fully charged battery. 2. If the flash does not work, try changing the flash setting to "Manual Mode/M" mode from the camera menu. What to do if the flash doesn't work: 1. Shutter speed setting: This flash does not have TTL or high-speed sync, so we recommend a shutter speed of 1/200 or slower. 2. ISO setting: We recommend setting the ISO to 100 and then increasing the ISO depending on the actual brightness or darkness. 3. Aperture setting: We recommend setting the aperture to 2.8 and then narrowing it depending on the actual brightness or darkness.
