(white spots, etc.), or darkening, discontinue use and consult a dermatolog... The SPF and PA values are measured using an internatio.. standard of 2 mg per square cm. How to Use
After preparing your skin with Elcia's makeup base, apply an appropriate amount to a dry or wet sponge and spread evenly over your skin. For best results, use it in conjunction with other UV protection cosmetics. Refills (with sponge) are also available.
