Product usage: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by a doctor.
Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), silica.
Precautions: Do not consume if pregnant or lactating. Excessive amounts of vitamin A may contribute to the risk of birth defects. If you are pregnant or may become pregnant, do not take more than 3,000 mcg of teratogenic vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) per day unless directed by your doctor. If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms persist after gastric surgery, contact your doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
