1. Pre-Sales Instructions

If there are quality problems such as product damage due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a stamped certificate and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer in making a claim.
3. There is no warranty service for toys. After man-made damage occurs, we only provide free maintenance service, only charge reasonable accessories fee, and the round-trip freight shall be borne by the buyer himself.
4. If there is a quality problem (non-man-made damage and logistics transportation damage) within 24 hours after the goods are signed, you can first contact customer service to apply for return and exchange, reject the uncontacted return and exchange, and the return freight will be borne by us; 24 hours later, if there is a quality problem or damage, you can apply for repair, refuse to return and exchange, and the return postage shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Return Conditions
1. If the product is returned due to dissatisfaction with the product, a 20% discount will be given to the returned goods without quality problems. (Why do you want a 20% discount?
