My worst experience ever in terms of delivery. The product made 1 month just to leave the warehouse, with no information, with any updates. The product reach the destination, I received a message to pick it up from the pickup point and when i went it was not there. The employee of the place informed me that the courier took it back for no reason. Again no information, no updates, nothing. I asked the customer service and gave me a number of another country to call there as they have my package. Then i found by myself the phone for the responsible place and I managed to guide and find a solution in order to pick up my order after 1+ month. I will never use Joom again.

Jest OK Ładne i staranne wykonanie. Wewnątrz pakowna, nie duża 23 cm x wysokość 32 cm szerokość x 15 cm dno torebki Lekko się poszerza dołem. Wykonanie mocna sztywna Derma - Czarna z czerwonym. Torebka 👜 Pakowna, dwie duże przegrody. Sporo kieszonek 3 zamykane na zamek. Osobna kieszonka na telefon 📱 komórkowy Długi pasek z możliwością regulacji długości Uszy torebki na ozdobnych metalowych kwadracikach, ruchomość dobra. Ozdoba na torebce to naszyta aplikacja. Mi pasuje 👌

Perfect!
