Directions: Each pump produces approximately 1.3g of cream, which contains 20mg of bioidentical USP progesterone from wild yam. This bottle contains approximately 65 pumps. Massage the wrists, inner arms, thighs, neck, abdomen, and chest once or twice a day. Massage each area in turns. For women of childbearing age, use for 14 days before menstruation and stop when menstruation begins. For women postmenopausal, use for 21 days and stop for 7 days, repeating. These are general recommendations and the duration of use can be adjusted according to individual needs.
