How to Use: IMPORTANT: Follow directions for proper use. Adults and children 6 years and older: Use twice daily after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Open cap. Pour 10ml into cap (up to 10ml line on inside cap). Do not fill beyond the 10ml line. Gargle 10ml of mouthwash thoroughly between teeth for 1 minute and spit. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. For children under 12 years of age, instruct them on the correct method (to minimize swallowing).
