Adults and Adolescents 12 years and older: Use up to twice daily as needed or as directed by your dentist. To prevent and continuously relieve tooth sensitivity daily, apply enough toothpaste to cover the head of a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush gently along the gumline, focusing on sensitive areas, for one minute twice daily, or as directed by your dentist.
Children under 12: Consult a dentist or specialist.
