How to use: Use after washing your hands. Remove the applicator from the sealed packaging. Do not remove the tip. Hold the tube of the applicator firmly. Shake it down to ensure the contents are in the thin tip. Twist off the tip and discard. Use immediately after opening. For added comfort, gently release a small amount of gel from the applicator before use and lubricate the tip before inserting it into the vagina. While sitting or lying down, gently insert the entire tapered tip of the applicator into the vagina. Firmly press the tube of the applicator to force the gel into the vagina.
