How to use: Apply generously 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply at least once every 2 hours. Use waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating. Use sunscreen with broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher regularly. Other UV protection methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear hats and sunglasses.
