It is factory set to self-locking mode, if you need to switch to momentary mode, please refer to the manual. It can be used alone to control all types of linear actuators or with a solenoid relay contactor to control winches from other manufacturers.
How to use self-locking mode:
Press remote control up button once, the motor rotates positively; press remote stop button, the motor stops rotating.
Press remote control down button once, the motor will rotate in the inverse direction; press remote control stop button, the motor will stop rotating.
How to use momentary mode:
Press remote control up button, the motor rotates positively, release up button, the motor stops rotating;
Press remote control up button again, the motor rotates positively again, release up button, the motor stops rotating;
Press and hold the up button, the motor rotates continuously.
The same principle applies to the down button.
How to change to momentary mode:
Step 1: Press and hold the programming button on top of the switch, the light will come on, the light will flash 1 time after about 2 seconds,then release the button
Step 2: Press up button of the remote control once, then press down button of the remote control again.
Step 3: The light on the top of the switch will flash 3 times, programming is complete.
How to change to self-locking mode:
Step 1: Press and hold the programming button on top of the switch, the light will come on, the light will flash 1 time after about 2 seconds,do not release continue to press and hold the button, after about 2 seconds the light will flash 2 times then release the button.
Step 2: Press up button of the remote control once, then press down button of the remote control again.
Step 3: The light on the top of the switch will flash 3 times, programming is complete.
