This is a drag clicker for Daiwa Steez reels SS AIR and SS SV 103. It is for right-handed fishing.
*Please note that this does not fit 105XH/105XHL (models with a gear ratio of 8.1).
A drag clicker is a system that makes a clicking sound when the drag slips, similar to that of a spinning reel. It notifies the angler that a fish is hooked by making a sound that lets the angler know that the fish is pulling the line.
It also applies a certain amount of resistance to the fishing line, preventing it from being pulled out all at once when the fish tries to escape.
The bait reel needs to be disassembled. Please disassemble and reassemble at your own risk.

By attaching this product to the appropriate reel, you can hear the drag engage when the line is being pulled out during a fight with a fish. It's ideal for bass fishing, where the drag is set loose, as well as for reeling, sea bass bait-running, chinning, and winding. This drag clicker produces a drag sound and can be attached to the DAIWA SS AIR and SS SV 103. It's particularly well-suited for bait finesse, which requires a loose drag and requires thin lines. The drag sound prevents line breaks not only in bass fishing, but also in tube fishing, mountain stream trout, horse mackerel, and rockfish, further enhancing the benefits of bait finesse fishing. This drag sound adds a drag sound to the Tatula, which doesn't have a built-in drag sound. It's recommended for the increasingly popular bait shore jigging, bait finesse, chinning, horse mackerel, and rockfish, all of which benefit from a drag sound. Drag Clicker is a feature on fishing reels. It reduces the resistance (drag) that occurs when the fishing line is pulled out of the reel.
Drag clickers are typically used for fishing large fish or those with a strong pull. This feature applies a constant resistance to the fishing line, preventing it from being pulled out all at once when the fish tries to escape. They may also emit a clicking sound to alert the angler that the fish is pulling. Drag clickers allow anglers to adjust the tension of the fishing line, allowing for the appropriate drag setting for each type of fishing and situation. This allows for proper control of the load on the fishing line and rod, resulting in more effective catches when battling fish. Drag clickers are an important feature of fishing reels and play a key role in the enjoyment and success of fishing.
