Product Introduction
This high-performance 2WD racing buggy gets even faster with this update!
Kyosho's 1/10-scale EP buggy "Ultima" is a race model boasting a rich track record, including multiple World Championship victories. Even today, the Ultima series offers a wide variety of models, from entry-level to high-end.
The top-of-the-line Ultima, the RB7, has been reborn as the RB7.5, featuring extensive updates!
Based on the RB7, the RB7.5 features new big-bore oil dampers supporting the front and rear suspension, and comes standard with X-shaped O-rings for smoother operation and less oil leaks.
New resin protectors are also fitted to the front damper stays to protect them from damage in the event of a fall.
The damper stays are also made of high-strength, lightweight carbon fiber for even the most demanding driving.
The rear also features a new aluminum bulkhead and hub carrier, improving rigidity while also expanding the range of setting adjustments.
While the body is based on that of the RB7, a spoiler has been added behind the cabin to optimize aerodynamics.
The addition of a front wing and an improved rear wing also enhances aerodynamic performance, not to be missed.
In addition to these, new parts have been adopted, and existing optional parts are included as standard, resulting in a machine that is capable of competing in today's top races while retaining the best of the original.
From dirt surfaces such as dirt and sand to the high-grip carpet that has become popular in recent years, the Ultima RB7.5 will meet drivers' expectations in any condition.
This 1/10 scale EP (electric powered) racing buggy features a low center of gravity designed for high-grip surfaces.
Based on the previous model, the new body features improved aerodynamic performance. The body is included in the kit unpainted.
The front and rear suspension are double wishbone, renowned for their excellent road-holding ability. Newly designed aluminum oil dampers are also included.
Lightweight aluminum front shafts and universal swing-type rear shafts provide excellent drive efficiency are standard equipment.
The turnbuckle-type suspension upper rods allow for easy length adjustment, and the steering linkage rod is made of highly crash-resistant chrome-molybdenum steel.
The aluminum rear suspension holder allows for changes to the rear toe angle and tread by rearranging the bushings.
The laydown-type gearbox is fitted with a spur gear cover. Gearbox models can also be changed by purchasing additional parts.
Equipped with a ball differential designed for dirt driving and a slipper clutch to protect the gears from excessive loads.
The differential balls are made of tungsten, boasting high precision and durability.
The kit comes standard with specifications designed for dirt driving. With minor modifications, it can be adapted for use on high-grip carpet surfaces.
Settings and tuning can be customized using existing optional parts.
