This is a great value matcha for everyday drinking or practice. Uji matcha contains very little bitterness, making it recommended for those who dislike the bitterness of matcha. Warm the tea whisk and tea bowl in hot water. Discard the hot water and wipe the tea bowl dry. 2. Using a tea scoop, put two scoops (approximately 2g) of matcha strained through a tea strainer into the tea bowl. 3. Pour in approximately 100cc of hot water. 4. Whisk thoroughly, using the tea whisk to create foam. When the foam becomes small, remove the tea whisk and it's ready.
