How to Use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours. Use a waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating. How to Protect Yourself from UV Rays: Regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher. Other UV protection tips include: Limit outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months: Consult a doctor.
